I don't believe in culture ... I believe in encounters. -- Gilles Deleuze

Affect, Decoloniality & Materialisms-yet-to-come

ADAM is temporarily on hold due to COVID

Affect, Decoloniality and Materialisms-yet-to come (ADAM) is an inter/post-disciplinary reading group for new texts in philosophy, critical theory and art. It is associated with LSU students and faculty, etc but is open to all including remotely by Zoom. It is loosely inspired by a longstanding non-representational theory reading group at Bristol University (UK).

We began in March 2020 but had only one meeting before the state shut down and have been indefinitely postponed ever since.
