A transient three-channel video installation which will play 24 hours a day on a loop during our final month at 1600 Government St.
YWC commissioned this work in 2024 for exhibition in 2025 with an invitation to use their media to create an abstract video that is “an attempt to tap into the unconscious of YWC.” All images and sounds in the triptych are derived from YWC media (postings, objects) with the exception of a passage of quoted text. YWC social media postings indicate the source of that quote and do not quote that specific passage.
