October Update:

For October 10 and 17, we’re going to shift to reading a shorter pamphlet: Abdullah Ocalan’s Democratic Confederalism (2011). The PDF is freely available here.

Sessions will take place from 2:00 to 4:00 PM. Each will be devoted to a selection of about sixty pages of the text. The convenors will begin the session with introductory remarks, a summary of the reading, and posing of questions, and end it with brief concluding remarks. An hour and a half of the two hours will be devoted to general discussion by the group.
